"I can’t say anything bad about the property but can’t really say anything great about it either It’s a glorified motel 6 but is in a pretty spot on the river. It also seemed very expensive for the caliber of the property. That said, not much in Fairbanks AK so maybe I’m being unfair? They do have a pretty good bar next door, their staff were friendly and courteous. Their breakfast buffet is the same each day, nothing particularly special but filling. Overall I’d give it a 5 of 10"

"Didn’t like much about the property. Very outdated. Restaurant selection was poor. The beds were lumpy and need total changing. The staff are young foreigners and have trouble understanding issues that arise and very untrained in the hospitality industry."

"A rustic, old-time feel but very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. If you have a car, be sure to ask where to park. I will stay here again next time I'm in Juneau."

"Older hotel, but right downtown. Walk to the tram, but it was broken down expected to be fixed in June. You can easily walk to bars, shops, and restaraunts. Many, many jewelry shops if you like that stuff. Suggest the M&M city tours for a two hour area tour and great narration!"

"Very nice and clean rooms located in a great part of downtown. It’s the perfect basecamp and easy to get in and out of (whether exploring the city on foot or trekking out to Denali, etc.). We will def. be staying here again in the future!"

"It is old conex building. It would be nice to have small coffee pot and fridge in room. Stairs to breakfast are many so difficult to do but desk will go and get breakfast or drink for you. Perfer to do my own though"

"Had difficulty in the beginning. Expedia confirmed my stay but the hotel didn't get the information. The manager did her best to find it, and we finally got it resolved. Front desk staff very nice when checking in. We came with dogs, only $25 per dog was great. room 142 is right next to door to outside, huge plus. Problem is it's very loud, my mother said she couldn't sleep all night. Should put sign asking to close door quietly. I was exactly above her on 2nd floor and it's a lot noiser than...

"They had a wonderful breakfast! Hot and delicious! Plenty of parking! Staff was friendly! The bathroom needed updating, the sink had cracks. Shampoo bottle had black in top, like mold. So a bathroom remodel would make it really a nice place to stay!"

"The staff was extremely helpful and personable. The room was clean and comfortable having a washer and dryer in it. The facility is dated in the hallway and the furniture is old, dented and scratched. The gym was tiny and we shared a queen size bed for there’s no King size available. The location is great for there’s a park close by with a long walkway along the water to downtown."

"Horrible they cleaned my room and stole my medication, now they are trying to look at camera footage to track back, horrible non communication nobody called me to ask about my stuff everything else was there except that. "
