"This is a very sweet place to stay in Perdika, only a 10 minute walk from the harbour, restaurants and small beach. The room was comfortable and clean and was refreshed daily. "A dream of a villa. We had an amazing time. The views are staggering. Out across the sea, for miles and miles, all framed by the Peloponnese and Methana. The house is perfect. Stylish without being precious, and very well-equipped and usable. The pool and outdoor dining area are wonderful and it's a joy to be able to trundle down the steps to the near-private beach below. "Can’t fault the studio. Perfect for an out of town getaway. Up the hill 4.6km but amazing sunrises. And down the other side to a remote beach. A little dirty sadly but the water clean and great for an early morning dip. The only downside is the farm animals. Dogs and roosters are quite annoying during the night. But you get used to the barking. A lovely place which we enjoyed immensely."

"The villa was spacious, with plenty of room for a family of 10. The outdoor area and pool were perfect for relaxing, and the views were spectacular. Vasso helped us arrange a couple of activities pre-stay, which turned out to be highlights of our trip. Eleni and Vasso were quickly responsive when we had questions and promptly resolved the minor issues we had. They were awesome hosts, and we highly recommend a stay here."
