"Jag hade höga förväntningar inför min vistelse på detta hotell i Uganda, men tyvärr blev upplevelsen inte alls vad jag hade hoppats på. Det som verkligen drog ner hela upplevelsen var städningen – eller snarare avsaknaden av den. Rummet kändes inte fräscht vid ankomst, och under hela vistelsen fick jag inte uppleva någon egentlig förbättring.
