"First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!"

"The house was adorable and clean, and the host was responsive and kind. Kitchen had everything we needed. My only caution would be that this house is definitely more for families/groups who won’t be spending a lot of time indoors. While there were plenty of comfy sleeping spaces, there wasn’t adequate seating for 6 of us to comfortably watch a movie in the evening. Besides that…a really great stay!"

The one thing that we suspected from the pictures was confirmed when we arrive; this is a studio layout. By that I mean the one bed is located in the living room and open to kitchen and front foyer. "A magical spot--just a little gem. Well-stocked, well-decorated, very private yet easy to get to. Many, many thoughtful touches: two different coffee makers, a drawer stocked with mini bottles of shampoo, tons of clean towels. Wonderful general store is about five minutes away. Add to this the patience and forebearance of the host when I first got lost and next couldn't figure out how to get in! Both problems are due to my own ineptitude, but Adam couldn't have been nicer.
