"This is a newly renovated unit, very spacious for two people. This property is well maintained and kept very clean. The neighborhood is adorable, I walked the surrounding streets and enjoyed some of the quaint older homes decorated for Fall and Halloween. Communication with Joseph was easy and informative. I would stay here again. "

"Only thing we can say positive is that the beds were comfortable and the water was hot. The minute we walked in we could tell the floor had not been cleaned. Holes in bathroom wall. Dirty floor in bathroom. Dirty/mildew on shower grout. Water marks all over the kitchen table. Unsafe stairs coming into the house.. irregular heights.Very drafty windows and thin cheap curtains on them. No extra blamkets. "We wanted to stay somewhere unique and central to all of the goings-on in Washington on this trip and this place was exactly what we were looking for! Not only did it feel very new and well kept, but the place was pretty spacious and had a large shower and bedroom / living area. Having the Tangled Roots brewery/restaurant right downstairs was just the cherry on top and we will absolutely consider this location to be on the top of our list for the next time that we need to stay in the Washington...
