"This is a brand new apartment block conveniently located at close proximity to many amenities in Chennai. We stayed here just over two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The proprietor Sampath is very helpful and communicated with us on WhatsApp well in advance to identify our needs. Reception staff and property caretakers can be a little more attentive to help their guests. Overall, clean and well proportioned room at a reasonable price. "It’s a very well kept stay. The staff was very approachable and helpful. They do not have a kitchen in the twin bed room unit I stayed in but you can get good ordered via the reception. Basic toiletries are made available. I liked the temple, the green mountain and the street I could see from my balcony."

"It was amazing. Everything was so clean and tidy. Rooms and bathroom were spacious. Caretaker, mr. Rahamtulla was so welcoming, friendly and supportive.
