"I found the staff to be friendly and the room to be fairly clean, but it smelled mildewy. The resort itself is in a state of disrepair with a dirty elevator, doors in the halls covered in stains and dirt. The breakfast was hit and miss, some of it was good some of it was really inedible. "Everything worked out well. Most or all the rooms had a/c, staff very friendly and helpful,all rooms clean and enjoyed the fresh fruits and baked goods daily. Maybe get a little creative with the free breakfast."

"Rooms & all furniture in the bathrooms & bedroom needs to be really updated. The curtains in the windows needs to be replaced too, and all the beddings at the same time. I never saw any of the staff caring cleaning detergent to clean . the staffs are friendly. The yard is nice well maintained and the beach is only few minutes away ."

"Onsite hosts Sam and Moreen were so wonderful! We got all the inside tips about Pacific Harbor from them including beach access, where to buy fresh fish and activities in the area. Moreen made me cassava so that I could learn to cook with it and Sam brought is fresh coconuts when we were by the beautiful (and huge) landscaped pool.
