"Wonderful spacious room. Great location with a balcony overlooking the concert area during the summer. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Covered parking, close to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again"

"Arrived just before 6PM to nobody in office and a note on the door directing us to a different cottage ( # 22 ) than the reservation called for ( # 11 ) ..There was a gas wall heater...but no gas to run it . So I used the electric kitchen stone to heat the cottage , but someone had spilled grease on the burners so it smoked terribly. So I opened the doors and windows and turned on the fan until it cleared. Still no one at the office to talk to 7 PM Using the electric oven for warmth we got...

"Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!"
