"Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten Lage (Haltestellen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spielplatz etc. in direkter Nähe). Allerdings hat das Gebäude, in dem sich die Wohnungen befindet schon mal bessere Zeiten gesehen (Vogelkot, Rattenköder-Hinweise, Bierflaschen, Müll, etc. im Hausflur). Die Wohnung entspricht grundsätzlich den Bildern, wobei bei weitem nicht mehr so auf die Darstellung für die Gäste geachtet wird. Das Inventar bräuchten mal wieder ein Upgrade (z.B. kaputter Stuhl, kaputter...
