"Citadines was close enough to the Shinjuku area, so we could walk there, and far enough to not hear any of the noise. I originally laughed at the amount of umbrellas they had until it rained / poured — then I was most grateful for them. "

"The staff was so lovely. Very attentive. The shower was amazing. Such great water pressure. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen to warm things up, and keep things cool/cold in the fridge and a combo washer dryer came in handy, as the very warm humid weather had us sweating through all our clothes (our trip was in early September)."

"Staff were friendly & the room was clean, tidy, and neat. The amenities around the area is great. The room we stayed at were enough room for a family of five. Would definitely stay there again. "

"This hotel is located in a quiet residential area, a bit far from the major sightseeing attractions, so it may not be the most convenient choice if you rely on public transportation. However, we find the apartment-style room very suitable for our family of four and as we travel around by rental car, the location is not a major concern for us. "
