"Had a wonderful fall weekend here! The place was so cozy inside! We loved sitting in the hot tub with the outside temperature so cold or just around the fire talking! The host was amazing This was probably my first rental with such an array of complimentary items! The bathroom was stocked with anything you could have forgotten and more(thankfully because I did forget something!) The coffee/k-cup/tea setup was great and loved the honey sticks! "

"The property was exactly as described in the listing. Check in and check out policies were really clear and easy to follow, and the cabin itself is super cute! "Great place to stay at Higgins Lake!! The house is clean & updated and feels like home - all the amenities you need, and then some, plus an amazing view!Everything was clean and comfortable. The whole family enjoyed it!One note for guests - bring water shoes for going in the lake out past the owner's boat. Couldn't be happier with our stay - it was awesome and the owners were responsive and gave all the necessary information. Seamless check-in, stay, and check-out.We loved it!"

"The Roost was perfect for our family gathering! Our daughter was getting married, and we were hosting family at the cabins. Everyone had their own space with the individual cabins. The main cabin is very spacious and has everything you need. The three smaller cabins are adorable and it allowed everyone to have their own space. "Beautiful place!!! Tranquil is Spot-on! We all enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub and the boys did some fishing. Very clean, spacious and very comfortable for all 11 of us. "This was a return trip to the area after close to 30 years and we really enjoyed our time. The house itself is in a lovely secluded location and full of amenities. The host was amazing and communication was excellent. The surrounding area was full of great places to eat and drink too. So happy that the fond memories we have of this location remain the same after 3 decades. Will definitely stay at this house again for our next trip!"
