" We are so pleased with our stay In Holiday Inn Galleria. We enjoyed the comfortable king size beds for our family of four. I just wish the pillows are firmer The housekeeping is great, the front desk stuff is very helpful and also the concierge are awesome. The buffet is also great. "Stayed for few days in Astoria 2 BR suite with family. The suite is quite spacious and comfortable and clean. The entire staff were all very courteous and welcoming. SPECIAL THANKS to the hotel manager MS. BON for quickly resolving the booking misunderstanding with Expedia. She truly heard and promptly resolved our concern and even gave us rice cake “bibingka” on our last day! Will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends! "

"I was pleasantly surprised upon check in that I had been upgraded to a larger suite. Easy walking distance to MegaMall and Podium mall. There were a couple of convenience stores, Lawson and 7-11 just steps from the hotel. Staff provided excellent service. Will definitely stay again"

"Location is great. It’s close to malls which makes it convenient. People are helpful and friendly. We had internet issue on our 2nd week of stay but they were quick to respond. They have buffet breakfast as well with great options. "

"We stayed in a deluxe king room in September 2025. Absolutely amazing service!! Very friendly, always helpful, super nice, ver accommodating. 5/5!!! Probably 6/5! Bed was very comfortable.
