"Very disappointed with the parking, we were charged an additional £20+ just to park our car, after already paying in full for the room. Furthermore, we had a room with a “double bed” which was as many hotels have, two single beds put together. This was not done well and we found a huge gap in the middle of both beds throughout the night, causing us to push the beds back together only for it to happen 2 hours later in the night. Disappointment based on the quality of the rooms and the hotel...

First room toilet didn’t work, we were given another room, not very clean, fixtures old rusty, windows awful, no ventilation or fans. We booked 2 twin rooms but they said we only booked one, was talking with Expedia for at least 45 minutes to try and sort everything out, then they could only give us a double and twin as they were full, but they gave us another twin when the first...

"The room was clean. The staff were courteous at all times. Breakfast was great. The veranda at the side of the breakfast suite is an excellent place to socialise, great suntrap. The atmosphere is so relaxing & peaceful. My wife & I will be back next year. Found a great place for a long weekend break. I am disabled with Lung Disease CHP/ILD, I require oxygen 24/7. The hotel allowed me to have my oxygen on the premises. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone."
