"It’s near everything you need for a one or two night stay. It is an older place and could use some updating. Poor WiFi and poor air conditioner. I asked to be moved from the first room and the second wasn’t much better. What keeps me coming back is the location, the staff and the food. Especially the breakfast which is worth every penny. See you again soon. "

"I stayed for two nights in a one bedroom "Delux Chalet" which had a nice patio so you could sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The room was very nice with a draw-around mosquito net on the bed which I didn't use. The bathroom had been completely renovated with floor to ceiling ceramic tiles with a full-sized bathtub at one end and a large shower at the other end. The room is extremely quiet at night and only the sounds of ducks quacking in the morning...no roosters! The complimentary breakfast...

"I would say this place is ideal for a weekend by the lake. There is hot water, clean bedding, direct access to the lake, and a nice bar area. The pool is also great. The people who work here are really helpful and nice. Its not a luxury stay but very nice."

"Cher pour ce que tu as. Belle piscine Climatisation fonctionne seulement s’il y a de l’électricité, pas sur la génératrice. Paiement par carte difficile a cause du réseau Bon choix du menu Si tu veux un café style americano, cappuccinos, faut payer au petit déjeuner. Sinon c’est juste du café instant Durant notre séjour, nous avons réalisé que l’alcool n’est pas permi sur le site. Également des personnes faisaient la fête jusqu’à tard le soir et tôt le matin. On a au moins eu une journée relaxe...

"The Sunbird waterfront is a very nice modern property with very well appointed rooms. The restaurant is good – breakfast is very good. Staff are friendly and polite. I was disappointed by the lack of a tourist activity program, and very ad hoc approach to this. Some of the prices I was quoted for boat, rides, or other accompanied activities were ridiculous. "The room was hot as sin, had a fan and aircon never worked. Spring bed, old linen & Towels, water brown, took 10 min to heat up, no pressure. Breakfast on first morning terrible. Second morning much better. Asked for room with aircon and was moved. Much better than first impression I won't be returning. "

"Stayed here for one night , it was hot season and the rooms were very stuffy air con was effective and room was tired with old windows and broken toilet and sink. Staff were extremely helpful and made up for the difference."
