"The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel "

"The owner advertised it on a different price in expedia and I paid , whdn I got there he requested additional on cash that made me uncomfortable. Why will he advertised something and charged something else. He kept insisting on additional payment. The receptionist is a great one !"

"This was a fantastic place to stay the staff was great very attentive. The location was great close to amenities and quiet. The one complaint I would have is the breakfast was okay and the menu very limited, but overall I will be staying many more times."
