"El entorno y el hotel es precioso, para mí el mejor de pu luong. La comunicacion con el personal es difícil sol o había una persona que sabía inglés pero no estaba en el alojamiento a nuestra llegada. Hubo un mal entendido con el checkin y con la cena pero pusieron de su parte para solucionarlo. Nos dejaron quedarnos dos horas más de checkout. Recomiendo este alojamiento aunque debería mejorar la atención directa con el cliente. "

"The hosts were extremely friendly and their granddaughter ( Camelia) was a great help in communicating in English. We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. All together a decent stay and on a side note transportation will be required if you need to eat out. "

"The property was peaceful and felt out of the way, but access to cars using Grab was always easy and fast, and inexpensive. The hotel was helpful in arranging transportation from Hanoi airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to Hanoi Old Quarter, which was cheaper than four of us taking a bus. The food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was clean, with bottled water added every day.
