"Lovely staff always there to help, great breakfast , large selection to choose from, great breakfast staff too, very close to train station and only 20 minute walk to the tower"

"What a great location for touring Pisa! Just at the entrance of Piazza del Duomo, where it sits on its own little piazza which is full of market stalls and opposite McDonalds. We arrived by getting the PISAMOVER from the airport, then bus No. +1 from outside the Centrale Station (the bus stop is literally across the road from the hotel). If you arrive from San Rossore train station, it's a 10 minute walk. We had a warm welcome at the hotel, we were on the first floor overlooking the piazza...

"Muy bueno muy vista excelente."

"Nos quedamos solo una noche en el hotel, y la experiencia estuvo bien. Hay estacionamiento gratis alrededor de la propiedad, y aunque las habitaciones no son lo que uno esperaría de un hotel 4 estrellas, sí están decentes para una noche."

"Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre. Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!! Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway...

"Very outdated. Pictures on the website doesn't justify any. Really very old sorry."

"Great location, great AC, great breakfast"

"Ofrecen servicio de hotel, y al llegar te das cuenta de que no incluye toallas y las tienes que rentar con costo extra."

"Great location"

"We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed. But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. Also, no cups to be found in our kitchen. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for cups ! 2- The breakfast costs 18 euros. This price would be acceptable with more choice of food and free...

"The hotel was awful. It was old and everything was damaged. There was an awful smell coming from the toilet. The room was outdated and looked like a hostel. Broken wardrobe doors, moldy showers, cracked tile floor. The walls were tired and had dents and damages. There was a hairdryer but it was too far from a mirror The shower was good The bed was comfy The staff were pleasant. The location was excellent. The hotel did not do breakfast, there was no bar as advertised and the terrace did not...

"Great location. Breakfast is really good. This was our 2nd stay, as had enjoyed the location and breakfast last year."

"The location was great. Easy to get to from the train station and was as described. A small room we had. If had more luggage than carry ons for two people you would have been crowded. The description to get in was perfect. Easy to follow. Close to tower ( 10 minute walk) and lots of restaurants to chose from"

"great location, lovely rooms. the beds could be comfier with more pillows and blankets."
