Es un hotel limpio, las recepcionistas agradables y todo funciona bien. La única pega, por decir algo, la ducha está en el baño, así que cuando la usas, se moja todo el baño."

"Even if its called The Viewpoint, this hotel has no views at all since the rooms are orientated to the sides (other buildings) instead to the river. The room is excellent, even if the shower gets all the bathroom wet. Very good breakfast. The bar across the street is quite nice, good views, but don't expect they speak English."

"This is an amazing hotel. Truly one of a kind. But first the bad, Wi-Fi isn't in all the rooms, breakfast isn't "wow" and it is in the middle of no where. The pool is not deep, so do not expect that. Ok that out of the way, there are 13 elephants that live on this property. With a new care taker (David, ask the front desk about him. Speaks Thai and fluent English. ) leading the way, the elephants are no longer being ridden or fed by tourist. That doesn't stop you from having David guide you down...

"I loved my stay at this resort. It’s a beautiful unique location. Yes the weekend was a bit busy and loud due to the corporate event. The most thing to do is the walk with elephants. The sanctuary team has been doing a great work which in transition, ie reinforcing elephants to live in their natural way, and not to be used for entertainment such as riding/dancing etc. Great work, team mahuats and David. Loved spending my every single minute at this place. Hope to visit again in 2019."

"Llegamos a las 5 de la mañana en tren nocturo y nos dejaron entrar ya a la habitación, lo cual agradecimos mucho. Ubicado a menos de 10 minutos de la estación de tren. El precio de la cena fue excesivo para lo que ofrecian en el buffet."
