"Great hotel central Cuzco. Great atmosphere . However going to the restaurant required walking stairs which my spouse couldn’t do. We settled for room service and that was good. Breakfast was suppose to start at 4:30 am but only cold food was available until 5 am. They should have two people doing breakfast not one."

"Beautiful place, staff are incredibly helpful. Near the main plaza."

"The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices and a few rotating dishes each day, including local Peruvian specialties. Everything tasted excellent. The staff consistently went out of their way to help, and the service was outstanding. The hotel is about a 10–15-minute walk from the central plaza. They also provide complimentary snacks and tea, which we enjoyed every day. We had a wonderful stay!"

"El hotel es sencillo pero cumplidor. Cuartos con buen espacio y baño adecuado. Quizá el desayuno es un poco sencillo y la lavandería no estuvo al nivel que esperaba. Fuera de eso la experiencia fue muy buena y si lo recomendaría! Está muy bien ubicado y el personal es sumamente atento"

"We loved the hospitality that John offered us during our stay. It’s a good place to stay if you have children. My favorite part was the breakfast, it’s fresh and wholesome."

"Excelente estadía"

"Tambo del Arriero is a wonderful boutique base in Cusco. The restored 17th-century courtyard is quiet and beautiful, offering a warm escape from the busy streets. The Superior Double was cozy and well-heated for cold Andean nights, with comfortable bedding and a hot shower with great water pressure. The staff is exceptionally kind, providing 24/7 complimentary coca tea (a lifesaver for the altitude) and securely storing our bags while we traveled out to the Sacred Valley. "The property is centrally located and close to restaurants and other attractions. The only downside I can think of is that, since it’s right on the main square, it’s very noisy—especially since I was assigned a room on a corner of the square. Other than that, I’d give it a 10 out of 10. Because I understand that’s beyond the hotel’s control."

"Great location, clean room & friendly staff. Water pressure in the shower✅. The downfall was that we could hear every footstep (sounds like stomping) the people above us took. The first night the person above us seemed to pace from 10 pm - 1 am. The second night it was someone new & no pacing but every footstep plus when they left at 4 am. Spoke to the staff who said they have received complaints about this before and sadly they were full and could not move us to a new room. If you stay...

"Nos atendió Noebely súper atenta para resolver dudas y ayudar en lo posible. Ubicación perfecta. Hotel 100% recomendable."
