You enter into the property and are instantly walking into a beautiful and peaceful courtyard which our room was accessed from. "Many of the rooms have limited windows. They lack AC or heat so there’s minimal fresh air exchange unless a window is open. But then the street noise and exhaust fumes can be a serious issue. Very limited western outlets, no mini fridge, no coffee maker. Beds are hard but we slept well. Location is good, staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff are also excellent. However,, buffet food is not properly heated and kept warm. "

"We stayed at this hotel for our visit to macchu Picchu a lovely very Peruvian feel to it lovely building and surroundings. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the hotel was spotless. The rooms are spacious lovely big bathroom and a sitting room area. Due to the air we needed to request oxygen for my husband and this was delivered to the room quickly with instructions which eased the breathing. The staff can’t do enough for you would definitely recommend."

"We stayed 4 nights, and really enjoyed our stay. It is an older building, like most hotels in central Cusco, but well maintained and has great character. Central courtyard and sitting areas on every floor are lovely spots to enjoy a free cup of tea at any time. Onsite restaurant offers a buffet breakfast or packed bag for early outings.
