"When I arrived I was given a different room than I reserved and was charged the same price. When I brought the issue to the front desk, the attendant argued with me and was completely unhelpful. I showed her my reservation and still I was charged more for a lesser room. Very disappointed to see how dishonest the were."

"Hotel bem localizado e em ótimas condições físicas. Muito prático e bonito internamente."

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the property was in excellent repair, and the complimentary breakfast was great. We would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Muy bonito lugar campestre"

"The hotel was in a good location, close to intercity bus transportation and relatively close to the Nssca Main Plaza. Breakfast was good. However, some workers at the hotel were very helpful, whereas others were rather rude. The rooms needed some more cleaning, more towels, and did not provide any closet to hung up clothes."

"La atención muy buena y aunque recién han empezado les sugiriera una piscina más adelante claro está me fascinó el desayuno tan excelente y riquísimo que nos preparó la sra madre de la dueña👏"

"Property was amazing with good surrounding, peace and quiet. No complimentary water provided and the room where we stayed was rusty and needed some repair "

"Tkank you."

"My goat Luis love that guy"

"Très bon hôtel avec du cachet. La patio est très agréable L’emplacement est très bon. Il manque juste un petit frigo dans les chambres et j’ai du demander à chaque fois pour avoir du papier toilettes idem pour les toilettes près de la piscine, La piscine n’est pas praticable car trop froide Je ne regrette cependant absolument pas mon choix"

"Bed was ok but the rest of the room was dirty, out of date, dusty and the only window had grates and a wall in front at less than 15 centimeters away! Plus, bad smell comes out from the shower, and we had no light and no cold water during our stay! The lobby smells badly for dogs coming and going inside. A serious renovation or a deep cleaning are strongly needed!"
