"We loved the hotel, it was far enough from the hustle and bustle but still very walkable. The beaches are right outside the doors of the hotel, there was a bunch of restaurants outside the hotel doors as well. The rooftop lounge was wonderful and there is a car rental that was so much fun to drive around. It's like a Vespa meets a Fiat. We had a wonderful stay and would do it all over again!"

"I rarely write reviews, but I had to for my stay here at Hotel Royal Victoria, as it truly went above and beyond all of my expectations. I stayed here for almost a week in July 2025, as my wedding took place down the block, at Villa Monastero. The front desk and concierge were so helpful (Nipa and Marco) during my stay. They took care of all the things I couldn't do, such as providing a shuttle for my wedding, assisting my very handicap father, booking taxis back to Milan, reserving dinners,...

"Lovely stay in lovely hotel"

"Stort och fint rum! Bra frukost. Trevligt med balkong med fantastisk utsikt! Det enda negativa var att balkongen var i metall så det blev väldigt varmt när det var sol, och det kunde funnits fler eluttag!"

"The property is stunning. The restaurant on the premise is top tier throughout Como, and the staff are so helpful and thoughtful. We will be coming back and there isn’t a second thought of where we will stay."

"På genomresa med familj med två stora barn. Fantastiskt mottagning av ägaren och den trevliga stämningen genomsyrade besöket. Stort fyrbäddsrum med enkelsängar som var jättesköna. Bra badrum. Fin trädgård och poolen mycket uppskattad. Väldigt tyst. Platsen och utsikten är magisk. "

"Great stay, the hotel and Rita, the host and all the staff are amazing! Fantastic views, a bit different from your regular hotels but that is a plus! Has a hot tub and pool as well as included breakfast (which is really good and it’s great to not have to worry about breakfast). It’s a bit outside of Varenna, it’s up in the hills, so you will need a Taxi every time to get back up to the hotel, there was a free night bus that took us to the hotel, but I believe it’s only running until October...
