"They are being bombed so don't know what its really like, but i oaid a lot to stay in a gotel where it was hard to get intk parking, find the person to check in and most of the facilities where closed. Should have been half the price i paid."

Chauffage insuffisant par température extérieure sous 0 dégrées. Quelques faux déclanchements alarme incendie. Les changements de préstations due au Covid devrait être indiquées sur le site, comme ca dure depuis un moment. Points positifs: Personnel aimable, serviable, parlant anglais, très bonne cuisine,...

"Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. "Great staff and great place. My only gripe was that the showers were not always hot. Thats important to me in the heart of winter. There was no lift (elevator), so maybe not your first choice if you struggle with stairs."
