"I really enjoyed my stay at this property, the room was large, clean and had everything you need! If I had known i was going to love it so much I would have extended my stay here. There is good transport connections around this property too but no sights, it's mainly residential which was nice to be in the quiet for a little while. The bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, honestly highly recommend if you've been travelling a while and need some peace and quiet but still able to access many areas...

"This is my third time staying at this location. I loved the residential area. I was surrounded by locals most of the time, and the good thing was that the hotel is located in the heart of Kappabashi, known as the kitchenware district in Tokyo. I was also just a 10-minute walk from the 24/7 Donkie store and the Sesoji temple. Highly recommend this location or any KOKO hotels."

"The spacious apartment style hotel was great. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. I appreciated the large kitchen area and access to a laundry room. The friendly multi-lingual front staff also helped answer any questions I had along the way. "

"Loved our family's stay at the Koko hotel. The room was very clean, with all the amenities you'd need. Location was great with easy access to public transportation. Staff were friendly. Will stay again when we come back to visit!"

"Quiet area a short walk to great coffee and local eateries. A longer walk to main Shinjuku area. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Room was well equipped. Comfortable bed. Laundry facilities were good. "

"There was a weird smell in the room we noticed when we first arrived. Room is ok, a little dated and the rooms are very dark, overcompensated by very bright lights that you can’t dim. The beds were comfy, only one pillow provided, I guess we could ask for more at reception if we needed. Cooking facilities and washing machine really good. Location excellent, 10 minute walk to Tokyo station and 1 minute from Ginza line which was very convenient- Lawsons and 7-11 very close. "
