"I loved my room it was spacious and cozy. If I required anything I just sent a text and they got it done. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I found it to be a great centeral location with trolly access just outside. Various amenities in the surrounding area."

"Excellent area to stay. On tram line, plus walkable distance to old town. Right on the water where you can enjoy the nightlife or afternoon stroll Hotel is not manned with a reception so you must understand you need to wait until check in time to get the code for door. Room was spacious and clean with pretty much anything you’d need."

"As we were travelling to Prague, we received a message with the check-in details and a request for a substantial deposit (apparently to protect the tech in the apartment?). As we were en route and not really in a position to argue at that point, we paid the deposit. While it has now been refunded, we're completely baffled about why this happened - there is nothing at all about this in the listing, and Expedia have nothing to say on the matter. I think it's important to raise it here in case it...

"Perfect in many ways. Location is just next to a tram spot and literally 2 minutes from Charles Bridge. Plenty of space, really clean with some tea/coffee facilities. All the decor was beautiful and the photos are spot on. Easy to get in/out with your own access code."

"We really like the place and the location is perfect. There’s alot of people down the street but you can’t hear them in the room. The toilet has bidet which got me excited, but sad to say it did not work. To that I give 4 stars instead of 5. And also make sure to check in ahead of time and not like me waited until we got to the place and wasn’t able to get in right away, because we have to wait for them to process."
