"The hotel is located in an old and beautiful former home of one of the Porcelain Barons for whom the city is renowned. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional but for the check-in process. They sent an email written totally in French around 3pm the afternoon we were due to check-in providing us with the electronic building and individual room door access codes. Of course, we were driving into the city and did not see this email. Fortunately there was a phone number on the reception room door...
