"We have stayed there many times. We love the decor, the old world charm, the wonderful suites, and the terrific free breakfast. They had such a selection! This was the first time that we were there at the right time to take advantage of the complimentary cocktail hour (Tuesdays thru Thursdays) that offered wine, beer, crackers, cheese and fruit. "This is a very nice property with excellent location and amenities. We skipped the restaurant because it seemed pricey for what it was. My main disappointment was that the lobby snack shop was out of Diet Coke, and there were no other diet drinks available other than ginger ale. The manager seemed completely unconcerned, as if nothing could be done. You are making hundreds of percent profit on each soda sold; if I was the manager, I would have an employee go to the nearest grocery store to pick...
