"The house was adorable and clean, and the host was responsive and kind. Kitchen had everything we needed. My only caution would be that this house is definitely more for families/groups who won’t be spending a lot of time indoors. While there were plenty of comfy sleeping spaces, there wasn’t adequate seating for 6 of us to comfortably watch a movie in the evening. Besides that…a really great stay!"

"The home owner canceled our reservation only hours before we were scheduled to arrive. They had frozen pipes in the house which indicates extremely poor maintenance by the homeowner. There are ways to avoid these situations. I want to make sure this is reported to VRBO. He should not be allowed to have a rental unit. "

Positive: -Easy Check-in, they even let us arrive an hour early. -Inside was clean, inviting and stocked with towels.-Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except sharp knives, but I picked up a sharpener and left it for the next guests. -The indoor space was as described. -The outside front porch was cleanNegative: -The "Steps" to the dock are a huge accident waiting to happen.
