"The staff are very attentive. They always asked the afternoon before about the breakfast options. Breakfast room delivery is on the dot. Cleaning service personnel are meticulous and respectable about my privacy. The front desk staff are very helpful. They help me with local restaurant choices, booking my rides and getting touch with my local contacts. I would recommend this property to everyone. "

"Such an amazing stay. Liam, Alice and Tony we're super kind and helpful. I was fortunate enough to upgrage to the suite with the fish pond and this room made my stay extra special. Very close to everything going on in Hanoi whilst also remaining peacefull and quiet. Also had the oppertunity to book a day trip to Halong bay through the travel agent in the reception which was extreamly convienient and even when I miss the bus pick up (slight miscommunication) I was raced to the bus to get on...

"The location is great - right in Tay Ho and easy to find and get to. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? I was upgraded to a 2-bedroom room which was fine by me - high floor and large balcony overlooking West Lake. I need to give a special shout out to Nova at the reception desk. On Friday night, I left my phone in the Grab (I have NEVER DONE THIS!) and he immediately jumped online...

"فندق عائلي رائع للاقامة مدة طويلة نظيف و مريح العيب الوحيد فقط في الموقع بعيد عن المحلات السياحية و دخله الفندق شوي صعبة ونزله بتعاني مع التكاسي ينزلون للبوابة لتحميل الشنط او التنزيل الصور مطابقة للواقع اطلالة المطعم روعة بالغروب الدور الثامن "

"It was great welcoming with upgrade for our room and free drinks. Communication was super easy and english level of all staff were great and they were super friendly. Only issue is the construction next to the building. Just because of that it is a bit hard to find the entrance. I would stay there again. Fully recommended. "
