"The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). "Kızımın yüzme yarışı için tercih ettik. 10 dklık bir mesafe vardı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Her yer çok temizdi çarşaflar ütülüydü. Mutfak için malzemeler yeterliydi. Baharatlar yağlar bile düşünülmüştü.banyoda şampuan duş jeli mevcuttu. Klimalar hem oturma alanında hem yatak odasında vardı. Bir yıldız kırmamın nedeni Resepsiyonda genelde kimseyi bulamamamız. "El complejo está genial, y nuestro alojamiento, casa del lago estaba muy bien, tenía unas vistas estupendas, pero la cama era horrible, muy muy incómoda y hacía mucho ruido, es hora de cambiarla. La recepción regular , incomprensible que haya tantas personas y ninguna hable nada de español, explicaciones de los servicios las justas por no decir casi ninguna. Las comidas muy bien, sobre todo el desayuno y la cena, el buffet de la comida muy escaso."

"Schönes Appartement, sehr geräumig. Bequemes Bett. Schönes Bad. Es könnte mehr Ausstattung haben. Es fehlt ein Toaster, Handtücher in der Küche. Sonstige Kleinigkeiten. Ich habe mich trotzdem sehr Wohlgefühl und komme sicher wieder."

"I stay in a one bed apartment and was thankful for the air-conditioning as it was hot outside. Plenty of room for one person and there was a view of the mountain from the windows. I had to buy some microwave cookware as there was no specific items of that kind in the apartment but that was the only thing that let the place down. "

"Quiet place with excellent garden outside center more rural. Although things are not modern they are ok and give you a great value for the price. Owner is friendly and makes you feel at home. If youbwant something off the beaten track definitely consider this gem."

"Kayak merkezine orta uzaklıkta ancak servis imkanı mevcut. Otel binası eski ancak bakımlı Yemek salonu şık dizayn edilmis. Yemek seçenekleri iyi. Fiyat performans olarak iyi kabul ederim. "

"Absolute Katastrophe das Hotel. Vor der Reise nicht erreichbar, keine Antworten auf unsere Anfragen. Beim Checkin falsche Zimmer bekommen. Für 7 Personen, nur 6 Betten. Kein Entgegenkommen der Rezeption, es gab eine Klappcouch, die man hätte beziehen können. lapidare Auskunft: wir sind ausgebucht, sie können ihr Geld zurück haben. Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus,.."

"Location very close to ski facilities and mountain tracks. Very friendly staff. Nice outdoor relaxation area. The window view depends on the room. "

"Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down...

NO REGRESO, CUIDADO!

"llegamos al hotel a la 1pm y la habitación no estaba lista; nos dijeron que el check in era a las 2 pm a pesar que le dijimos que solo tomaríamos la habitación por horas (hasta media noche) Ya siendo las 2 pm nos entregaron la llave y fuimos a la habitración y todavía estaban terminando de limpiar, nos indicaron que no habían toallas disponibles,,,,luego decidimos ir a la piscina y nos dimos con la sorpresa que no estaba operativa ( sin agua a pesar que hacia un calor de 35 grados).....el estado de las alfombras del hotel muy sucias, desteñidas, manchadas y con mal olor...."
