"Everything and the staff were excellent. The location was near to buses and the Parc de L’ongerie. The only trouble we had was with the room keys. Everyday we had to request a new one. Everyday we couldn’t get into the room and had to go back to the front desk for a new key. "

And we loved how spacious the one-bedroom apartment was, as well as the convenient laundry room (set up and use with an app) near the reception desk. The only reason I couldn’t give a perfect review was the lack or air conditioning. It was only mid 80’s outside, and they informed us at check in there was no A/C, but two fans...

"I was in Strasbourg for one night for a concert and this hotel was cheap and both close to the concert venue and the train station. The staff were friendly and it was easy to check in. However the hotel is in need of renovation and upgrading. It is very hold and sad looking and my room was extremely depressing. Tolerable for one night but not more than that."
