"On my way to the property at around 3pm I was contacted by the property staff that they were overbooked and put me in another property. I chose it especially for the location, because we were leaving on a cruise the next day and booked it 6 months in advance. I felt ripped off. Somebody obviously paid more than us at a last minute. If this wasn't the case why wouldn't the hotel contact me well in advance?"

"Fantastic place. Brand new and impeccable. Quiet(just two rooms per floor). Spacious room, well appointed (fridge, electric stove, utensils, electric kettle) and a roomy and nice balcony:terrace offering plenty of natural light and fresh air. Big granite desk or table for two. Great bed and pillows. Very nice and spacious bathroom with a great shower. Excellent location! Several great restaurants within walking distance. Picturesque small Chinatown a few blocks away. Many great coffee shops...
