"Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Our favourite was the weekday driver. The cottage had a very nice kitchen unfortunately not much utensils in it... Being so...

"We stayed with Kevin twice during our 2-week trip to Dominica. Kevin's place is clean and comfortable, and he's a great cook! Kevin also organizes tours of the Kalinago territory, and I would greatly recommend it! We got to meet local people who showed us and invited us to participate in various aspects of Kalinago culture. I had looked for an experience like this online but couldn't find one. In addition, we had several great discussions about Dominican history, politics, and Kalinago...

"The setting is lovely, secluded, and with a pool and beautiful deck, bar area, perched in the tropical hills. It is a stunning setting. The driveway to the Resort is steep and challenging, especially the first time. Once you've made it to the top, it's worth it. We would stay there again. "

"Our stay at the Wallhouse Apartment 2 was wonderful. The apartment met all our needs. The rooms were of a good size, clean and had air conditioning. The kitchen had full size appliances and was function for cooking and preparing meals. The shower sufficed and had a full size washer. We dried our clothing on the provided line out back. We kept our rental car outside the gate and on close approximate to the apartment. The neighborhood was quiet and safe for me and my two kids. 10/10"
