"We had a wonderful stay at Woodhaven. It was very welcoming and we loved the fact that it was very dog friendly. Beautiful location on Oak Bay. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck overlooking the beautiful views of the bay."

"The unit was not clean smelled of pet urine. The lights didn’t work in three of the rooms. Plywood stuck under matts where the floor was rotten. Bedroom door wouldn’t close. Photos used in vrbo booking do not show the ladder that you need to access top two bedrooms. Photos also don’t show the washed out driveway to get to unit and the log stairs used for access to the beautiful beach. Broken fluorescent tube from kitchen light beside fridge. Dishwasher doesn’t work and I don’t think it has...

"Our stay at Creekside Hideaway could not have been better. Wonderful communication with our host and the property was even better than described. The house was spotless with ample towels in the updated bathroom. The sheets on the beds were high quality cotton with a cozy duvet and 4 pillows. The kitchen was modern with great touches like bottles of water in the fridge and coffee for the coffee machine. We were also appreciated that Nora ( the dog) was welcome. I would HIGHLY recommend this...

I made a simple breakfast one morning for the two of us. Our host said he'd clean the dishes and pots. They were low on dish soap and paper towels. "Es una ciudad muy muy pequeña y este es el único hotel que encontramos , es muy sencillo, cero lujos, pero aceptable , estaba limpio aunque las instalaciones ya son un poco antiguas , pero todo bien . Solamente insisto, no esperar lujos de ninguna manera , ojalá en un futuro lo remodelen ya sin alfombras. El desayuno podría mejorar, actualmente es lo mínimo indispensable. "
