"Every was wonderful. The only thing I didn’t like was check-in. There needs to be specific lines for priority check-ins. When other patrons have been in line for 45 minutes and priority gets ahead of all others it is sort of aggravating."

"Property looks like it going thru some sort of renovation, but no one was working on anything. Night staff at check in was great. Breakfast was below average, and had no plates. A waffle has real trouble being eaten in/on a 4" styro bowl. Morning front desk guy says, "we're waiting on a delivery for them". My first thought, "isn't there a store close by"??"

"I would NOT recommend this property! Although one employee (young lady) was polite and helpful, the young man working the desk on Saturday morning was rude and inconsiderate. The room was not clean (e.g., dirty kitchen and not dusted kitchen table or nightstands; bathroom was okay). The hallways, elevator, and stairwells reeked of weed. "

"This property, along with generally standard amenities had FREE guest laundry. We’ve never encountered that on any of our four cross country trips. Staff was amazing as well. We’d definitely stay there again."

"Room staff very attentive. Office staff were not. Tried to charge extra for early check in. Wi-Fi did not work entire stay. Staff made excuses about problem. Waffle maker was aweful."

"Was stuck at front desk trying to check in all while the desk attendant was on her personal phone taking a personal phone call. Finally got checked in, went to room, room was FREEZING, ac would not turn off. Holder in bathroom was broken, tv was missing hdmi cable so it was not working. Sheets were stained, bathroom was as dirty. I will not stay here again. Save your money and stay somewhere else."
