"It is an older house although fine for the two of us. There is no air-conditioning on the main level except from floor vents and an oscillating tower fan. The two main bedrooms have a portable air conditioning unit which worked fine. The outside steps that you use to enter the back door need to be replaced. They are too narrow and have raised areas where the pieces of wood have moved over time. The back storm door has a broken latch. The only living room furniture was a three seat couch...

"This host was great at answering any questions we had. Their place appears to be quite new. Nice and clean. Some noise from whoever lives upstairs, but not a big concern. We appreciated the fruit basket that was provided. "
