"I always stay at this specific hotel when I travel to the area. Always a great experience. This time wasn’t bad but it’s been better. I was on the highest floor although I requested a lower level and the room seemed a bit different than the lower floors. There was a bit of an odor similar to a nursing home (no offense intended). "This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate."

"clean room but microwave was rusty and corroded inside. Told front desk that it was no need to replace it because I wasnt going to use it anyway. The refrigerator was clean. Bathroom sink and tub had some a few leftover hairs in them. Room smelled a little smoky but I sprayed lysol in air conditioner and on the curtains to refresh the air and room. Staff nice and courteous. aHad some troubles with the remote which according to the front desk was the wrong one. This particular stay was average...

"Rather clean and maintained. Breakfast staff very friendly. Front desk staff not very informative. just blunt, ask name , took credit card and handed me room keys. Since large, had to ask best place to bring in luggage, told just go around back. housekeeping cordial when meeting in hallways. Our door to closet just propped up. Didnt need it closed but could be hazardous to someone with small children or someone that didnt look up and just pulled it. the lady at desk on leaving nice. ...

"There was open soap wrappers and the luggage holder was rusted and covered in paint. Majority highway noise all night and bed was rock hard. Breakfast wasn’t nothing great but was good enough yogurt fruit toast waffles eggs and sausage. Pool was clean and seemed like a okay area the residents were quiet. Outside the building was clean and gave plenty of towels in the room."

"A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed."

"Booked for 2 nights. Only stayed 1. No refund for the 2nd night, even though Expedia told them to. Foreigners, am I right? Should've got refunded for the entire stay honestly. Entire place is trash. From the baseboards to the curtain slides to the flickering lights. Whole place smells like smoke. I highly recommend.... literally anywhere else."
