"Great place to stay, very close to Strasbourg City Center. Convenient to tram system. Clean, staff terrific. Rooms nicely appointed. No complaints!"

"The room was clean. The parking request was a little complicated. I requested parking in advance but no answer. I had to call the hotel and they told me there was no parking available. When I was checking in they told me there was, so I went out to move the car. On the check out day the elevator broke and we had to carry all our stuff from the third floor ourselves. At the desk they helped me to bring the stuff up until the parking not even to the car which was not far away."

"Nice clean room and location close to shops, train station etc. Expedia listing showed it had a washer but that’s not the case. Staff were helpful."
