"The A/C worked great!! The only issue was doing laundry. We had rust on our whites."

"What great find this was! We stayed for 8 nights- 2 adults and 2 children ages 5-8. It's a little villa that feels spacious situated just a few houses down from the pool and right next to a path to the beach. Short walking distance to laundry, small grocery store (very overpriced, stop at Maxwell's on your way from the airport!), bakery, and the marina. It was just about a 30 minute boat ride from the marina to Green Turtle Cay and No Name Cay. At low tide, turn right at the beach and walk...

"This villa is literally right on the beach! Just about 20-30 steps away. Ivan's unit had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the location and views can't be beat. Ivan was always very helpful and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back to one of the best beaches in the world!"

"The house was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Loved all the sea turtles that came to see us multiple times a day. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we could need for our stay. Unfortunately, the weather was yucky for our stay but we made the best of it and still had a great trip. We had 3 couples and we were celebrating 2- life long best friends turning 50. We loved having a golf cart to get around but if we had to do over we would probably have rented a car too...

"This little community of villas is private and quiet making for a very relaxing, slow-paced getaway. The beach is one of the most beautiful we’ve been to and a very short walk from the villa. You will have no trouble finding a perfect spot as it is not crowded. The ocean is calm and clear. While we are beach people and spent most of our time there, the pool is also a nice place to lounge and spend an afternoon. The host was fabulous and we do recommend. We plan to stay again. "
