"I did not fulfill my stay at the accommodation. I drove from DBN as a single mum with 2 X 6 year olds. Arrived at 2:30pm. Room not available. 3:30 room was ready. The unit had an awful smell. No communication from staff. Toilet dirty. It was not livable. The Aircon did not work. Fridge and microwave was smelly. I booked another accommodation for the night in the area. I was declined a refund. I ask you to please consider a refund as I did not use the facilities or unit. The photos on website is...

"The property was very clean and in excellent condition. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the pool and open areas in the house and outside yard. It was ideal for a family of seven. Precious, the house servant, was made available for us, and she proved to be professional in her duties as well as in her interpersonal skills.
