"Disappointed with the room experience, especially for a Taj property. The shower enclosure is extremely congested—I could barely turn or stretch my arms to soap myself—and the shower area also appeared dirty and poorly maintained.

"Gopal our housekeeping person was excellent and always helped us. Hotel however has many problems such as low toilet flush pressure, low water pressure in shower, even though we were three people in 2 rooms check-in person refused to give us 2 keys for the double occupancy room - that meant we always had to ask for access. Overall is fine for short stay but not the best for long 2 week stay like ours. Staff at breakfast was friendly and helpful so no issues on that"
