"Este hotel remodelado en 2022 tiene una pésima limpieza y muy mal servicio de atención al cliente, necesitan seriamente un curso de capacitación de todo el personal. No nos dejaron pagar la reserva con tarjeta en el hotel, bloqueando el pago de dicha reserva con 4 tarjetas diferentes porque querían que pagáramos en efectivo. "Estuve solo un día para poder llegar a un vuelo temprano en Suva y la verdad es que fue una grata sorpresa, venia de un resort 5 estrellas y la verdad es que salvando las distancias, y si toman un bongaslow con aire acondicionado, no tienen que envidiarle . El entorno es muy lindo, la reserva es fantástica, me recordaba a las cataratas del Iguazu. La atención es muy amable y el baño compartido que pensé que no iba a usar, muy limpio y bien provisto."
