"The room was nice, with a good view and most of the amenities we expected. However, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Our room was missed entirely on the first day, and the cleaning on the following day was still poor. The dirty bedding was simply covered up rather than changed, and the floor wasn’t vacuumed. Even more frustratingly, our reusable metal straw, which we had left on the coffee cup, was taken by the cleaning team. Overall, the room itself was pleasant, but the standard of...

"Food choices very limited, tired hotel need some updating. Good Location"

"We hebben iedere dag aangegeven dat de kamer schoongemaakt moest worden. Wc werd wel gedaan maar bedden werden gewoon dichtgeslagen. Beetje jammer maar ondanks dat was het prima toeven. Wel warm op de kamer en er ging geen raam open."

"Great value"

"Rooms were very clean! Shops were just a block away! The park was very close"

"Very clean and cozy place. Highly recommended, short walking distance to Richmond park"

"Thoroughly happy with our recent stay, room is very cool with boutique vibes and hosts were accommodating and very pleasant to deal with, The room is top floor with bathroom with shower and bath. It’s a couple of minutes walk into Kingston so in a great spot and parking can be arranged before you arrive. Would happily stay again if in the area without hesitation ☺️"

"after booking and paying up front, we arrived to find the hotel closed and like a building site, it should never have been advertised."

"The apartment itself was acceptable, however the building and common areas ie the stairwell to access the apartment (were extremely unpleasant, smelly, and dirty)."
