"Check in process clear and accurate. Parking arrangement clear and accurate.Overall condition of the unit was clean and neat. 1 issue brought up to host was dealt with quickly. We didn't do any meal prep, so didn't spend much time in the kitchen other than morning coffee( provided). I found the beds comfortable. Over all a nice stay."

"The house was comfortable, well equipped and spacious. All amenities were provided. My one concern was the check-in time of 5:00 p.m. It's late and was hard on my young grandchildren. I was told an earlier check-in might be possible but there was no confirmation despite a couple messages."

"It was a nice, clean, tidy apartment space. Welcoming note and instructions on the bed when we arrived. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to communicate with owners who live above . I'm a non-smoker, and there was a faint but constant smoke smell, which made it hard for me to sleep at night. Otherwise it is a perfectly lovely abode."

"The size, configuration and amenities suited our party very comfortably. The location was convenient to our activities in Kitchener Waterloo. Ahead of our very late checkin, the host let us know of an issue with the furnace. He was able to mitigate with several space heaters, so we were comfortable for the remainder of the stay. Being a very old house, with the arrival of warmer weather, there was an influx of ants around the doors; perhaps some ant traps would slow them down. Overall, a cute...

"Grace was very accommodating and the property was very quiet and peaceful . The beds were not overly comfortable and the cabin could’ve used more attention to detail when cleaning. Overall, was an ok experience and happy that it was pet friendly. "
