"Sehr freundliches Personal, etwas abseits von Amsterdam"

"Really lovely place with excellent facilities in a great location."

"The stay was good. The room and bathroom were clean and in perfect condition. Overall, the entire hotel was in perfect condition and clean. The restaurant was good. The only shortcoming was that the room was very small and lacked a refrigerator."

"Great location on PC Hooft, next door to the Rijks Museum. Architecturally, the building has a lot of character and has been modernized as a mid-range Hotel. Rooms are small, although I think mine was smaller than most, but it was only for one night and it had an amazing view of both the museum and the canal. Beds are comfortable, flat screen TV, in room phone, open closet and shelves, mini fridge, bathroom is small with an open shower without a sill which allowed water to spill into the room....

"Staff was very helpful. Not a lot of amenities, just the basic stuff. Wi-Fi signal not very great, you'd have to get out of your room for a higher signal. Overall, an okay facility"

"Helpful"

"The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy. The bathrooms were well maintained, but at times lacked toilet paper and paper towels. Carpets throughout the hotel were stained and dirty, which was very unfortunate because that could have made a big...

"great bed and nice room"

"Muy bien ubicado"

"This hotel should not be recommended. I was given a tiny attic room on the top floor. It had a small double bed but that filled the room. It was spooky with the wooden beams slanting from the walls to the ceiling. The TV didn’t work properly. Very old ugly carpeting. Worst of all was the cold air which blasted out from the top of the wall straight down on me. It was not possible to turn it off because they control that from down at Reception . I had to go down and talk to the woman on...
