"Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment. No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!! Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! "Ein Wochenende in Breda bei herrlichem Sonnenschein und lebendiger Stadt, gute Parkmöglichkeit, perfekte Unterkunft. Wir hatten Spaß, besser geht`s nicht."

"Superb communication and support whenever we needed it from Ronald. The boat was comfortable and well equipped. "

"Clean space, lots of space, privacy, and comfy beds"

"Rental appeared to be of a full service like a hotel room regarding towel service and coffee supply each day that was not clear in rental details. No visa payments accepted, which can be a challenge for North America our over seas customers"

"The property was nice and in a great location. You could hear people down on the street throughout most of the night, although the noise did not bother us very much. No one was on premises so we could not ask them to hold our luggage for us. Stairs to the room were very steep and small. It was difficult to bring our heavy bags up and down the stairs. Also, they told us our key cards would work on the entrance door, but they did not. We had to use the entrance code on the keypad to get in."

"Room is clean and tidy. Lightings is dim. Kitchen is good and well equipped. Balcony is nice with a good view of the city."
