"We enjoyed our stay at the property. We had a little trouble with the system saying that I hadn’t paid the city tax when I had, but this was ultimately resolved before checking in. We were lucky to be upgraded to a duplex. We enjoyed the extra space for our family of 4. A negative point is that the duplex could have benefited from a dehumidifier as the bedrooms were in the basement where it was humid. The beds and carpet also showed quite a lot of wear. Another challenge was the lack of mirrors...

"Location is amazing. Right on Amstel River & near everything. First floor has amenities (small shop & pool table) & back door pickup for taxi that saves time going through town. The front desk staff were exceptional- we missed our connecting flight so were a day late & they got us situated no issue. They also checked our bags on our last day so we could tour the city. The building is a bit older but in good condition & the room was comfortable (bed was great) & the air conditioning was...

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum und gute Parkmöglichkeit durch das nahegelegene Parkhaus. Durch die Lage der Familienzimmer im Dachgeschoss und die Möglichkeit nur wenige der vorhandenen Fenster zu öffnen war es sehr warm in der Unterkunft. Es standen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung."

"Appartamento molto carino e in posizione ottimale, vicino al Museo Marittimo e non lontano dal centro. Silenzioso nonostante la posizione e con aria condizionata. Alcuni piccoli interventi di manutenzione sono necessari ma ci ritorneremmo volentieri."

"Lights and plugs in bedroom didn't work nor did the tv. The kitchen and bathroom were fine. Odd thing is when you spend most time in the bedroom and your devices can't charge makes it a problem. Live and learn head elsewhere for the money. Front desk staff is the opposite of helpful."
