" I really liked my room..nice lighting, kitchenette, good ac nice shower! The entrance lobby and the building are in serious need of a renovation...tiles are falling off the walls, and the pool itself was clean, but the area around was overgrown with weeds and not taken care of...very nice young people running the show!"

Personal: alle sind sehr freundlich, herzlich, und hilfsbereit, insbesondere im Restaurant und Bar, vorallem bei Frau Xuan Dieu, Thuy Hang, und Sa.. und alle andere im Restaurant. 3.das Hotel in sich: schön, klassische Stil, zwei Pools eine davon mit schöner Blick aufs Meer, alle Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer...

"From NZ to Da Nang we stayed for a week and location is good…one street over is the beach and close to the main strip. Lots of options of food, entertainment and massage places. Laundromat is close and mini marts are all around you. Hotel is easy to find and service is awesome, easy going and real family orientated. Rooms are lovely lots of space in room and bathroom. Friendly staff and they can assist with laundry services for a fee. Just outside is a coffee stand operated by them as...

"Staff at Full Moon gave excellent service, and tried at all times to fulfil our needs. We are already planning to return next year for at least a month. Special thanks to Moon and Haley who went over and beyond, with Moon even driving me to government offices to deal with visa issues. Thanks to all the staff and gold stars for providing our delicious bread rolls and mangos. "

"부모님 칠순 여행으로 3대가 함께 3일 머물렀습니다. (총10명) 자유여행으로 갔는데 담당 직원과 카톡으로 소통도 잘 되고 여행 관련 애로사항도 잘 해결해주고 좋네요.(티켓, 차량, 배달 등등...물어보면 거의 다 해결해줬어요.) 숙소에 있는 풀장도 깨끗하고 해변가에 있는 공용풀장도 좋고 해변가도 가깝고... 무엇보다 아침마다 직원 2명이 와서 차려주는 조식이 편하고 좋네요. 맛은 보통인데..차려주고 다 먹으면 치워주니 너무 편해요. 숙소 시설은 연식이 있어 좀 낡은 느낌은 있지만 지내는데 불편할 정도는 아닌 것 같고... 숙소가 외진 곳에 있어서 미리 배달이나 마트에서 쇼핑을 해야지 좀 편할 것 같습니다. 10명 이상이 머물기에는 참 좋은 것 같습니다. 날씨가 좀 더 더워지면 또 한 번 머무르고 싶어요~ "
