"Everything good except TV doesn’t worked"

"The location is the best . Very central location , not far from all the tourist attractions. Service level is quite low , many staffs are in the lobby , almost no one says hi or helps you to go through the heavy door . The guest lift is very problematic. You need to wait for a couple minutes , especially during rush hours . The room is very basic , similar to European business 4 star hotel . The fitness Centre is pretty small , no swimming pool , you need to pay extra to use the sauna ."

"Good restaurant, spa, and room. Would stay there again"

"My stay at the Thomas Albert Hotel was disrupted by a loud private party off the lobby that was already underway when I checked in around 4:40pm. After getting settled in my room, I noticed that the noise (loud talking and pulsing music) could be heard clearly. I gathered my things and went back down to the front desk to inquire about changing rooms. I was told they were fully booked and it was not possible. The front desk clerk assured me that the party would be over by “9pm, 10 at the latest.”...
