"The hotel was great - perfect location, 10-15 mins to walk to Lego House, 5 mins to Legoland. The staff were so helpful and the hotel is great - nice amenities, pool, gym, indoor sports room, ping pong table - too many things to mention. The breakfast is comfortably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had too - such fresh food and wide selection. 1 point to flag - the hotel has no air con in rooms and it was hot whilst we were there 30C plus. "I was extremely sick on my vacation. The staff at the reception, restaurant and facilities helped me to a doctor with a med transport, covered both ways, and lots of support and popsicles! Absolutely cannot thank the staff enough. Would absolutely stay here again."

"This property was clean and spacious. It was close enough to walk to some restaurants and a grocery store. The location is great if you want to access things in nearby Billund. It wasn’t exactly clear that there is no front desk at this hotel. It was fine as far as checking in and out, but made things unclear about the property. The bunk beds in our family room were unstable. Our boys ended up taking the mattresses off the beds and sleeping on the floor. The first night was very quiet, however...

"Nice stay close to LEGOLAND and other Billund attractions. However room walls are very thin and you can hear the running water from other rooms and conversations at times. Box of Lego in the room was a big hit. No hot drink facilities in the room so plan ahead if needed. Also be expected to make your own bed and no room cleaning during your stay. Shop had lots of bits if you have forgotten to pack anything."
