"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lalandia Billund! The kids completely enjoyed the place and had the time of their lives with all the activities. We were especially impressed by our accommodation—it was exceptionally clean upon arrival and incredibly spacious, giving our family plenty of room to relax after a busy day. "The room was clean, clear instructions if you wanted to have it cleaned. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and sauna a great bonus to have onsite, quiet through the day whilst families at Lalandia. Lovely breakfast, great location, nice 20 minute walk through the sculpture park to Lego House."

"This property through the photos makes it seem much nicer than it is, the property is outdated and a motel feel more than a nice hotel. The room had an incredibly strong smell, we ended up just driving back to Copenhagen rather than staying in Billund for the night. They did not honor the VIP perks we were supposed to get. Parking was easy, the room was spacious, and the TV lets you login to your own streaming service which was nice. It’s an average motel. "

"Overall, the apartment was a nice stay. Close to amenities, restaurants, and attractions. The space was clean and comfortable, however, the cleaning service used in advance of our arrival needs to be better. There was a bag of trash left on the kitchen counter that hadn't been taken out, medication left in the night stand of the kids room, and no towels or sheets were provided at check in. The owner brought clean towels and bedding for us the next day."
