Lovely hotel and my worries about my inappropriate attire were not realized because there were a lot of tourists, many my age, dressed casually. There are the typical European bathroom fixtures and also the same card method that requires insertion in a slot to use for the lights and elevators. "The staff was friendly, but unfortunately the hotel itself was in very poor condition. The bathroom and common areas were dirty, although the sheets appeared clean. I understand that budget hotels may have limited amenities, but cleanliness should be a basic standard. I stayed at a hotel in Umeå with a similar price, and the difference was remarkable—the staff clearly cared about maintaining the property. Here, the entire place felt neglected and poorly maintained. I would not stay here again."
